International Women`s Day is celebrated annually on the 8th March and offers an opportunity to reflect on progress made, to call for change and to celebrate acts of courage and determination by ordinary women who have played an extraordinary role in the history of their countries and communities.
Join our panel of women leaders from across DWF to discuss this year’s IWD theme “Empowering Women, Empowering Humanity: Picture it! Women in leadership: Achieving an equal future in a COVID-19 world”
The session is designed for groups of students from across the UK to participate with teacher support. Teachers can request access for whole class or year groups and access will be provided for teachers to join with a group and facilitate live Q&A engagement.
As well as supporting a young person`s employer engagements and insights in to industry the topics covered in these sessions support elements of subjects including English and PSHE topics.
