Come and join our “Virtual” Engineering Panel on 9th November 11 – 12 and hear from a variety of employees from the Transpennine Route Update about their roles and pathways to an engineering career. During the panel young people will be able to ask questions of the panel to better inform their career choices.

TRU West is a major rail infrastructure project designed to upgrade the rail route between Manchester to York via Huddersfield and Leeds. It is one of the largest rail infrastructure projects carried out within the north of England. The upgrade of the TRU route will allow for more frequent and reliable train journeys between Manchester and York via Leeds with a reduced environmental impact.
