Do you have an idea for the way tech can confront the challenges of today? Do you dream of your idea becoming a reality?
We’ve teamed up with Founders of the Future for this year’s, The F Factor – a national start-up competition organised by Founders of the Future for young budding entrepreneurs, aged between 14 – 25 years old. The competition is open to our schools and is designed to build and test your students’ skills as future tech founders.
Who are Founders of the Future?
Founders of the Future are an entrepreneurship community for future founders, who share a diverse range of programmes, events and tools to support aspiring entrepreneurs in every step of their journey.
What is the F Factor?
Too many young people do not consider entrepreneurship as a career option either due to lack of information, support, funding or even knowledge about how to get their idea off of the ground.
That’s where the F Factor comes in.
The F Factor is a national start-up competition from Founders of the Future, for young people across the country. It is about providing young aspiring entrepreneurs with tools, skills-training and context to bring their ideas to life and present them to experts as well as opportunities to collaborate with like-minded peers, interact with mentors and gain access to work experiences.
Brent Hoberman, co-founder and chairman of Founders of the Future says:
“The overall ambition for the coming years is to create a platform for secondary schools and universities so they can better promote entrepreneurship amongst the students not only in the UK but also in the rest of Europe. Thereby empowering our youth who might otherwise not have access to entrepreneurship education, world class mentors, technology founders and investors.”
