Dale Rautenbach

Dale is the manufacturing director at Recycling Technologies (RT), an innovative tech company on a mission to make plastic more sustainable. She has an MS in Aeronautics and Astronautics from MIT and a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pretoria. Dale has been heavily involved with optimising the productivity of RT’s core technology. She has experience in system design, plant integration, and commissioning. Her experience in the technical areas of the business at RT bring a high level of cross-functionality to manufacturing.
