I currently work in NHS England on a national programme to change perceptions of careers in nursing and promote it as an aspirational career of choice with limitless possibilities. My background is in leadership development, first career as a RAF Officer and retired in the rank of Squadron Leader. I served in the UK and overseas. My degree is in English, Drama and Theatre studies and my passion is women in leadership. I am in international speaker, writer and poet. I design and deliver content for academic ( Masters level) programme delivered face to face and online. I am a personal coach and a schoolreader.
