Emma Tucker

Editor, The Sunday Times

I grew up in Lewes, East Sussex where I attended the local comprehensive. I went to the US for my sixth form where I studied the IB before going to Oxford University to read PPE. I joined the Financial Times as a graduate trainee and worked first as a general reporter, then covered politics and economics. I went to Brussels to cover the EU for 6 years and Berlin for 3 years. After editing the Weekend section of the FT back in London, I joined The Times in 2008 where I was features editor, before becoming deputy editor in October 2013.
