Gareth Turpin

Gareth is Sales Director for Telefonica UK which is a broad role covering all aspects of sales including consumer, business, public sector, retail and supply chain. Prior to this he was Director of Customer Service managing O2’s customer service channels, including O2’s strategic partnership with Capita. Previous roles at O2 covered areas such as IT, Operations and Sales & Service.

Before joining O2 in 2001 Gareth spent two years at Halifax plc (now Lloyds).

Gareth holds a BSC in Maths/Geography from Newcastle University and is a member of the Vizolution Customer Advisory Board.
