Jason Chaffer

Jason Chaffer advises Chief Executives and Executive Directors acting as a sounding board. Clients include those leading major businesses in public and private companies alongside significant professional partnerships. He has spent many years working on a wide range of contexts driven by the challenges of leadership, succession planning, and career management.
Before building Manchester Square Partners, Jason spent 20 years in executive search. He sat on the Worldwide Board of Directors in a non-executive capacity at Spencer Stuart for three consecutive terms. He also served twice on the Worldwide Management team, led the Global Financial services practice for 11 years and was the Managing Director of the UK business for three years.
Professional life aside, Jason has been a Director and Trustee of the Rank Foundation since 2009. He was Chairman of the Rank Fellowship since its inception for 12 years. Currently, he is Deputy Chairman of the Foundation and Chair of the Nominations Committee. He is a Fundraising Patron for Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity and served on the Tick Tock Club Board that funded the new Renal unit. Jason is also a trustee for a local charity, Ufton Court. He is a graduate of Durham University.
