Jeanette Bain-Burnett is Executive Director for Policy and Integrity at Sport England. She believes that everyone should have an equal chance to play and move so that they can be healthy and happy. Jeanette has worked in the arts, education, charities and government. She is currently chair of ACTA Theatre in Bristol, an organisation that champions everyone’s right to be creative citizens. Jeanette founded a charity with her daughter called Dream Camp. It’s a creative leadership programme for African and Caribbean girls in Bristol. Previous roles include Director of Participation at the Trussell Trust, Assistant Director, Communities and Social Policy at the Greater London Authority and Director of the Association of Dance of the African Diaspora.
