Jim is CEO of ENGINE, the largest independent marketing services company in the UK, with 800 staff offering technology, consultancy, advertising and communications services to over 500 Clients. Jim has built a career helping companies to innovate and adapt, firstly as a Client at Nike in the UK, France and Argentina, and subsequently on the agency side at AKQA and R/GA, where he latterly founded R/GA’s presence in Europe and Asia Pacific. His experience covers consulting, product and service design, as well as integrated advertising and communication. He is known as a builder of culture and a curator of teams to deliver breakthrough work.
