
Keith Attwood
Keith was CEO of e2v technologies plc, a global electronics company, from 1998 to 2013 having previously worked at a senior level within the telecommunications, defence and aerospace sectors. Keith led a management buy-out of e2v in 2002, listing the Company on the LSE in 2004 and delivering a return of 3 X to 3i. e2v was acquired by a US corporate for £600m+.
A former Chair of the CBI’s Employment and Skills Board and on the Advisory Board for Essex Police and Crime Commission, Keith is currently a Governor/Chair at Anglia Ruskin University (c£200m T/O).
As an advisor and active direct investor, Keith has been engaged on a range of consultancy projects with Private Equity; pre-acquisition due diligence, turnaround and buy and build. He has directly invested in a number of younger companies operating in the digital, fintech/banking, bio pharma and renewables sectors. Where appropriate, Keith provides C Level mentoring and support to management in those businesses.
