I started my career in Moscow, Russia and worked for big global organisations. I was delighted to get an appointment in the UK where I moved with my family 7 years ago and by now enjoy my life and career here.
With 16 years of diverse experience in HR I have a proven track record of setting innovative and commercially focused HR agenda and delivering it in a fast-paced and changing environment, building strong relationships across the business and within HR team.
I am very passionate about talent management & development, mental health & wellbeing and diversity & inclusion.
