Mark is the Assistant Director for Planning, Insight and Transformation in the Donor Experience and Communications directorate at NHS Blood and Transplant. The team focuses on ensuring donors are able to make a successful donation to meet hospital and patient requirements.
Prior to joining NHSBT Mark worked in senior marketing and communications roles at the Education and Skills Funding Agency- an arms-length body to the Department for Education and the Central Office of Information, which led numerous behaviour change campaigns on behalf of various departments. Mark also set and successfully ran Syndicate Communications, which delivered a series of award-winning government campaigns.
Mark, who is originally from Sheffield, now lives in South Birmingham.
