General Manager, Frederick's
I have mostly lived in London all my life and feel very lucky to have benefitted from the energy and people that make up the city. Having done quite well at school and university I then studied to be an accountant – this was not something that I wanted to do, but people told me it was the right thing to do. After gaining the qualification I left accounting and joined the family restaurant in Islington. We have a team of 60, and look after 50,000 customers a year. Outside of work I am a family man with young kids, we play tennis, and enjoy travel and socialising.
