Melanie Scheuer
Melanie has over 15 year’s Human Resources experience in multinationals in different industries. She has lived and worked in Switzerland, Japan, the Philippines, Cyprus and since 2012 in the UK.
She has supported one of her previous companies in setting up offices in new markets in Middle East and Africa. Attracting, developing and retaining very diverse talents in those countries has been one of her main achievements. More recently she has worked on the integration of the beauty division of Procter & Gamble into the Luxury Division at Coty, one of the world’s leading beauty companies.
She joined Distell, a global beverage company, in September. She is responsible for the overall HR Strategy, Organisational Design, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management for the company in Europe.
Melanie has a Master’s in Business Management from the Geneva University as well as a LLM in Employment Law UK/Europe from the De Montfort University (Leicester).
