I am a Director at O2 (Telefonica UK) where I have now worked for nearly 5 years. At O2, I have been involved in many initiatives across the Online/ Digital, Retail and Voice channels to deliver better experiences for our customers. Recently I led the Stores (Retail) channel across the UK&I where I was responsible for our people and performance in all of our physical stores.

I am now working on the performance across all our channels, the supply chain and the various change projects we have across the Sales directorate.

Prior to that I worked in professional services for 14 years as a Director at EY and prior to that at Accenture. I have worked in many industries including Utilities, technology, financial services, NHS and telecommunications.

I am married with two young boys and live in the Midlands.
