Group Aftersales Director for Trust Ford overseeing over 40 Dealerships Service & Parts businesses employing over 400 Technicians and 100 Apprentices. I am an Apprentice trained Technician, I have developed my career through Apprentice, Technician, Workshop Controller, Assistant Manager, Manager then Regional Aftersales Manager and Now Aftersales Director.

I have a wealth of knowledge in the Aftersales segment of automotive sector and a real passion for developing people to be the better today than they was yesterday.

About me I am 39 years old, married to Helen and have a young boy called Lewis who is 8 years old. We have two Labradors and family time is extremely important to me outside work.
