Tania Flasck

Director, Head of Central South – UK Infrastructure, Turner & Townsend

Tania Flasck is currently Director of Infrastructure for the central south region of the UK as well as Head of Utilities with Turner & Townsend. Previously, she was a Vice President with Jacobs UK serving as Solutions and Technology Europe Lead and Head of Business for Water and Energy UK. An environmental professional with over 20 years’ experience predominantly in the water sector, she has worked all over the world bringing strategy and projects to life.
Tania’s formative years were spent commissioning and operating water & wastewater treatment facilities in the UK as well as USA, subsequently progressing into a variety of leadership roles in project delivery, strategy and business development. Having lived and worked all over the world, she thrives on connecting the dots, collaborating to bring the best people and ideas to solve the most complex issues and client challenges.
Tania has won awards throughout her career for effective knowledge sharing and collaboration, has published several technical articles and has led multi-disciplined and geographically dispersed teams to win work. She enjoys bringing diverse teams together to deliver complex projects on time, on budget leveraging her skills in developing strong and enduring relationships with clients, stakeholders and teams at all levels enabling a truly valued outcome for all.
Tania was educated at University of Wales Cardiff (BSc Jt Hons – Environmental Studies and Plant Science) and received a scholarship to undertake an MSc at the University of Bath – she is also a Project Management Professional (PMP).
