Commercially focused Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of delivery experience within both Industry and Consulting. Significant experience of regulated industries through Utilities (water, gas, electricity, and power) and Financial Services and number of other sectors. Successfully operated at Director Level within Consulting before moving to Thames Water.

Strong track record of delivering outcomes and managing and building relationships at Board including Audit Committees, Executive and Senior Management level. Significant experience of working in complex and changing environments with multiple stakeholders and ambiguity. Proven visible leader and strong people manager who can both improve and develop high performing teams as well as designing and implementing strategy and change.

Experience of being a statutory Director on the Thames Water Commercial Services Limited Board for four years including sale of Thames Water retail non household business to Castle Water.

Company appointed Trustee for the two Thames Water Defined Benefit Pension Schemes. Member of Audit and Investment Committees. Circa £2.5bn of assets and circa 13,000 members.

Currently PMO Director within Capital Delivery working closely with Capital Delivery Director and leadership team to deliver a programme in excess of £3bn. Accountable for leading a forward facing Programme Management Office (PMO) providing insight and assurance on the delivery lifecycle for a portfolio of instrastructure projects supporting customers, communities and the environment. Led the transition of operating models between regulatory periods and continuous improvement and efficiency strategies to underpin efficient and effective delivery. Accountable for leading negotiations to close out critical commercial issues with the AMP6 supply chain.
