Our three-day, classroom-based workshop gives students experience of analysis and solution, asking them to find a process, product or way of working which would improve our business.

Over the course of the work experience, students will hear from our people who will tell them about their jobs, what they do now and how they got there, and will complete a business challenge using business techniques like SWOT Analysis, Gap Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, generate ideas and prepare a three-minute pitch.
