That’s right! We are giving all young people on this work experience a chance to learn, build and run your own marketing campaigns across TikTok, Snapchat and Instagram. Our budget and your creativity come together to meet the brief for a nation-wide campaign. Working in teams, you will take on different roles and work together to live the experience of marketing life first hand.

We are SFS Media, set to be the most-loved UK youth media agency. We work with universities, employers and commercial brands to deliver a multimillion pound operation every year. In the three day experience you will:

  • Meet and be mentored by our team, learning all the different roles open in the world of marketing and media
  • Work together with your team to design and deliver your very own marketing campaign to the public in real time
  • Gain first-hand experience of marketing, boost your skills and nail an awesome achievement on your CV

All teams will get the same brief, the same budget and the same support and go into a head to head competition to see which team creates the most successful campaign. The winning team will get a week-long summer internship with the SFS Media agency to deepen experience and further add to their CV. All you need to succeed is a curiosity for careers in marketing. There is no prior knowledge that you need in marketing or campaigns; we will give you all you need.

  • Day One – is all about giving you an introduction to the world of marketing, hearing from inspiring marketing leaders, learning the whole process of how a marketing campaign works and answering all your questions along the way.
  • Day Two – is all about your mentor working with your team on the client brief, making your campaign plan, working with your creative designer, building your campaign in your media channel and going live.
  • Day Three – is about measuring your marketing campaign success, learning from what everyone else has done and running the celebration out for all we collectively and individually achieved.
