Lucy Clayton is passionate about discovering and mentoring talent. She is author of How To Go To Work (Penguin) the essential guide for anyone starting out in their career. As former CEO of Community Clothing, a social enterprise with a mission to sustain and create jobs in the UK textile industry, she was honoured in the Financial Times and HERoes inaugural list of top 50 ‘Champions of Women in Business 2017’. She is the founder and host of DRESS:FANCY, a popular podcast series exploring fashion, fantasy and fancy dress and her TED talk “The True Power of a Good Outfit” can be seen on TED.com
