City boss Andrew Law gives £6m to Sheffield University

Andrew Law, who is also chairman of Speakers for Schools, which arranges prominent visitors to state schools, has given £5.85 million to his alma mater. It will be used to widen access by encouraging teenagers from poorer areas to apply to university and will fund medical research into gene therapy.
