Jessica is recognised as one of the country’s leading specialists in human rights and public law, acting for a wide range of clients, ranging from large companies such as the Isle of Man Steam Packet Co, GE, Google, GNER, National Express, the Post Office, Ingenious Media and Welsh Water to regulators such as Ofgem, the ORR, Oftel and the OFT to Government departments such as DECC, MoD, BERR, as well as for NGOs such as WWF, Refuge, Liberty, Environmental Justice Foundation and MDLI, and for private individuals.
