The Inspiring Digital Enterprise Award, known as iDEA is an international award winning programme that helps young people develop digital, enterprise and employability skills. In this 1 hour Discovery Workshop session, students will learn how to improve their chances of success in the digital sector, winning career-enhancing badges and gaining industry recognised Awards that help them to stand out from the crowd. The session will inform young people about how they can boost their career with visual acknowledgement of achievement through badges, Awards and Records of Achievement and inform students about Digital Pathways, Digital Careers, Personal Statements and Interviews.
