Cisco – Increasing brand awareness and demystifying your organisation amongst young people

Cisco wanted to increase their brand awareness amongst Young People and demystify their employment offer – they felt that most Young People were unaware of Cisco and lacked an understanding of the breadth of opportunities available.

In partnership with Speakers for Schools, Cisco received over 200 applications for their work experience programmes in Reading and Feltham in October 2019 alone, from a diverse range of students.

Over 80 students were selected for placements and spent a week learning about roles they would never have otherwise heard of in one of the most successful technology companies in the world.

In 2020, Cisco is hosting hundreds of students, using our service to share the exciting opportunities available in tech with a new cohort of young people.
