The Role

You will have the opportunity to spend one day each in the following areas: Housekeeping, Reception and Food and Beverage.

Housekeeping - Room Attendant

Some of the key responsibilities for a Room Attendant:  

• _{Dusting, polishing, vacuuming} 
• _{Refreshing of all towels and linen as required} 
• _{Stripping and making beds} 
• _{Cleaning bathrooms} 
• _{Reporting any maintenance issues and safety hazards} 
• _{Working as part of a vibrant team to exceed our guests’ expectations.} 

Reception - Receptionist

Some of the key responsibilities of a Receptionist

• Assisting guests upon arrival and departure
• communicating hotel services ie. breakfast, restaurant and bar
• offering assistance with luggage and taxi bookings
• handling guest enquires

Food and Beverage - Food and Beverage Assistant

Some Key Responsibilities of a Food and Beverage Assistant

• Assisting guests in the restaurant
• Clearing and resetting tables
• Keeping the breakfast buffet stocked
• Refilling condiments
• Welcoming guests at the host stand
