Andrew Grant

Andrew Grant founded Tulchan in May 2000.
He has some 20 years experience of advising Corporates and Management on their financial communications. He has advised many of the UK’s leading companies and his work has encompassed most of the major sectors including financial services, consumer industries and the media. He also has extensive experience of advising private equity. He is regarded as one of the leading transaction advisors in London and plays an active role in the transactions advised on by Tulchan.
His current clients are Marks & Spencer, Standard Life and Whitbread. He also provides a senior advisory role to many of Tulchan’s clients in support of their direct client teams.
