Ben Tucker

I have twenty years’ experience in search, focused on organisations with a social mission. I was previously Partner in the Education and Social Enterprise Practice for a global firm, prior to co-founding Minerva. I would be interested in talking to students about setting up a business, working with the creative industries, what employers look for in team members or other topics as appropriate. We have done a lot of work on diversity as a company that may be of interest. I studied Classics and English at Keble College, Oxford and then undertook an MSc in Organisational Behaviour at Birkbeck, University of London. Outside of work I am leader of a garage rock band.
