I am the President of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and a solicitor.
I also provide extensive legal training to to other lawyers and work with the Ministry of Justice to write court rules via the Civil Procedure Rule Committee.
I have given evidence in parliament and am active in lobbying politicians to support fairness for injured and vulnerable people. I am particularly interested in sharing knowledge on:
1 How to succeed from a working class background
2 How society must protect the most vulnerable
3 Responsibilities to others as part of society
4 Insights on working with politicians and the senior judiciary to achieve fairness
