Cara is a strategic and commercially minded business leader with over sixteen years’ experience in post production. As managing Director of Fifty Fifty, her ethos is to put creativity, technology and unrivalled customer service on the front line with a belief that collaboration is key for success.
A journalism graduate from Nottingham, Cara joined Fifty Fifty in 2004 as a Runner, six month’s after it’s inception. Plotting her way through roles in production as an assistant and then producer, into facilities management followed by several leadership roles including General Manager, Cara became Managing Director in 2010 with a remit to reshape the business out of the recession.
Working with the team to add new services, extend the client base and raising Company profile both in London and globally as well as building a stable structure, Cara is responsible for shaping the Company into solid, resilient and successful business it is today.
