Damian Zabielski

Damian is the Chief Product Officer at My Mind Matters Too, an award-winning innovation hub for young people’s mental health that has been leading the way forward in co-designing mental health services with young people. The company is pioneering a community-based approach to supporting young adults called MindMapper.

As well as being a young entrepreneur, Damian has been driving a new way of empowering young people to ‘co-create’ services with governments, local councils and businesses by building and leading youth teams within organisations. Described as a ‘Youth Expert’ by leading youth practitioners, he has built and consulted on the design of Youth Councils, Youth Advisory Boards, Youth Programs, and Youth Conferences all over the UK, engaging over 30,000 young people.
