Dan Connolly

Sport and writing were Dan’s passions at school and by following them he has been able to forge a marketing and communications career in the sports industry working across clubs, federations, agencies and global brands including: The Premier League, The FA, The RFU, London 2012, FIFA, The IOC, Nike, Coca-Cola, EE, Carling and Barclays.

His career has given me the opportunity to work with and learn from sports stars (such as David Beckham and Paula Radcliffe), leaders in sport (inc. Seb Coe and David Dein), media personalities (e.g. Gary Lineker, Henry Winter), and public figures (e.g. PM David Cameron, HRH Prince William).

Dan was a Managing Partner at Havas Sports and Entertainment for several years and now runs his own marketing agency: Consul Sports Club.

Dan firmly believe people can have fulfilling careers by setting their ambitions and improving themselves through their passions, and spends times in schools and youth organisations sharing that message.
