David Pichilingi

David Pichilingi has over 35 years of professional business experience in the international music business. His career to date has seen him work across records, publishing and the live music environment. He has worked with 100’s of artists throughout his professional career including New Order, The Happy Mondays, Doves, Ed Sheeran, Florence and the Machine and literally 100’s more. Since 2008 he has been MD of the global festival brand Sound City. In 2015 he negotiated an equity share deal for Sound City with Modern Sky China.
He is now CEO of Modern Sky for UK and North America. The primary aim is to build the Modern Sky brand globally focusing primarily on copyright acquisitions and wider IP opportunities.
