Dr. Leon Roberts
Medical Director, East Midlands Ambulance Service
After an initial 20 year career working in the British Army as a Medical Officer, Leon worked as a General Practitioner in his local town for a number of years until he worked as the Medical Director of a regional ambulance service for 4 years during the the COVID pandemic. In addition to his NHS management and GP roles, Leon is an Air Ambulance Doctor, flying to emergency situations on a weekly basis.
