Janet Entwistle

Janet is an experienced MD/CEO in both large corporate and private equity backed businesses.

Janet spent 20 years at BT plc and most recently was CEO of Ainscough Crane Hire. She has worked in different business sectors, including transport, fleet management, property management and mobile crane hire. Her role has often involved transforming businesses, helping them realise their potential through modernisation and solving service problems.

Janet has had a varied career. She qualified as a lawyer and spent the first 15 years of her career as a commercial lawyer, involved in business development projects in the UK and Europe.

Janet is a Lancastrian and the first person in her family to go to university.
