Joe Harland is the BBC’s Head Of Visual Radio, running YouTube channels with over 10 million subscribers with hundreds of millions of views around the world. He created The Live Lounge format in 2000, devised the classical dance music phenomenon with 2016’s Ibiza Prom, and runs the TV and iPlayer coverage of events such as Radio 1’s Big Weekend and the 6Music Festival.
