Kate Lander

Kate has over 25 years’ experience in the finance and education sectors. After graduating from Nottingham University, Kate qualified as an accountant in London before spending 9 years delivering finance training to global banks and finance companies in the UK, the US and across Asia.
Kate then went back into industry, spending 10 years at 2 global banks, running a sales/ trading desk and a variety of client facing teams.
As Chief Executive Officer of Ivy House, Kate is responsible for the strategic direction of the business and development of our digital offering as well as our partnerships.
Kate is also an Non-executive Director of the OfS (the government regulator for universities).
As someone who has had multiple careers, Kate is truly passionate about helping others find the right path for them. She believes that simply doing a job that you are good at isn’t enough.
