Katushka Giltsoff

Katushka spent an early career in Financial Services with US institutions embarking on international expansion. She was one of the first Partners at Whitehead Mann where she led multiple practices and was a key figure in the growth of the firm. She has a reputation of a top search professional handling C-Suite and Non-Executive appointments in an international field, travelling early into developing regions of the world.  She has a breadth of contacts and knowledge far beyond most in her field.  For two decades, Katushka has operated across a range of sectors, public and private businesses, UK and International and has many years of successfully working with clients in the Boardroom.  Katushka is able to bring a uniquely International approach to clients on the composition of their Boards, to ensure that they have the appropriate mix of skills, and experience to drive the business forward, and future proof their success.

A Steering Committee member of Thirty Percent Club since its early days.  Katushka has worked on the development of the Voluntary Search Code. Katushka is regarded as a trusted advisor, someone who is considered and creative and will encourage clients to challenge their assumptions. She is constantly looking for emerging trends and implications that will impact her clients’ business. After many years operating in a truly international environment, Katushka has an excellent understanding of many parts of the world.
