Having started out as a management consultant for a banking group, Lex quickly realised a career in advertising might be a bit more fun. Lex went on to build a career working with a number of international, household name brands from banking (NatWest, HSBC) to babies (Pampers).
As a strategic planner Lex works with clients to understand the role that communications can play in helping their brands achieve their business goals. He’s responsible for uncovering the human insights around the brand or category that sit behind campaigns that drive a change in behaviour. Research is a core part of his role, it’s all about being curious about people and wanting to understand what makes them tick.
