Paul Rawlinson

Paul Rawlinson is currently a non Executive director of Classic Prop Co; a business which supplies props to film and streaming companies. Until March 2021, the Chairman of Barts Charity; an organisation which helps support Barts Trust and the School of Medicine and Dentistry in providing healthcare to 2.6 million people in the East end of London. The Charity provides funding of up to £30m per annum.
Until 2019 he was a non executive director of the Good Group plc, a private equity backed care provider, and (until January 2022) of Charles Wells plc, a brewing and pub company which owns and operates approximately 150 pubs in the U.K. and France.
Formerly a partner a PricewaterhouseCoopers for over 20 years, where he was on the Executive Board and led a number of business areas in the firm. He specialised in Mergers and Acquisitions working with large corporates and global private equity houses.
