Phil Ormerod

I oversee book design at DK, a publishing company which is part of Penguin Random House. I grew up and attended school in Cornwall until the age of 18 when I did a foundation course in Art and Design at Falmouth University. I went on to do a degree in Graphic Design at Middlesex University in North London. After graduation I joined DK where I am now the Design Director. We publish a wide variety of books including reference, children’s, lifestyle, travel, and licensing (including Star Wars, Marvel, and Lego.). I have also worked at the publisher Mitchell Beazley.
