Sarah Morris

Sarah Morris is the Group Chief People Officer for Aviva. Sarah is responsible for the leadership of Aviva’s People, Communications and Transformation strategic plan and is a member of the Group Executive.
Sarah is an experienced leader with a track record of driving change, who has worked across a range of industries, countries and cultures. Sarah is a member of the 30% Club steering committee. Sarah joined Aviva from the US technology and data firm, Thomson Reuters in 2015, prior to that she held a number of roles at BP, RSA and Dixons Carphone.
