Sarah is MD of Pinch Point Communications, Vice Chair of Manx Care, Chair of the Taylor Bennett Foundation and an Independent Advisor to the Welsh Assembly Commission.

She started her career as a journalist with the BBC, leaving in 2000 to work in PR, she has worked in international development, public transport and the NHS. In 2011 she won the inaugural Institute of Directors and Chartered Institute of Public Relations PR Director of the Year award for her work with the board at University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust.
In 2013 she founded Pinch Point Communications, an agency working across all sectors on a range of internal and external communications initiatives designed to enhance, manage and defend reputation.
Sarah has been listed as #45 in the FT and HERoes Top 100 Business List, which celebrates female leaders and those working to support and encourage the female talent pipeline and she founded a conference: Spring Forward to support women into leadership positions.

She was President of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations in 2015, lives in Bristol and follwing major knee surgery is back running, and is on track for the London Marathon in 2023
