Deborah is the Chief Executive of Creative Diversity Network, an organisation that seeks to increase diversity and inspire inclusion within broadcasting. Deborah has a breadth of experience from within the creative sector with increasing equality, diversity and inclusion. Today we hear Deborah speak on the importance of this work, the successes she has had over the years in this field and what actions we can all take to make a positive impact.
