In this modern world, we take lifts, escalators and moving walks for granted – we just step in and let the equipment do the work. But did you ever consider how that lift got there in the first place or what’s involved in maintaining an escalator? Have you noticed differences in the lifts or escalators you’ve used? We’re self-confessed lift geeks and hope to pique your interest in this fascinating industry.
During this workshop, we’ll cover a little about how safe, modern lifts transformed our society. We’ll take you through the main areas of our business and discuss our apprenticeship opportunities.
We’ll also provide interview and CV tips, to help you present yourself at your very best when applying for roles.
