DHL Express UK is excited to host a webinar with some of the truly inspiring female leaders from our organisation to celebrate International Women’s Day. We recognise that one of the reported barriers to women “levelling up” to their male counterparts in employment, is the reported absence of role models, advisor , mentors and inspirational peers. Another is access to support, and confident to ask questions and gain insight, through this webinar, we aim to tackle all of these and more.
This webinar is focused on connecting women across the UK and having impactful conversations about what matters to them for their ongoing career choices and journeys. Our panel of speakers will reflect on their own experience taking on leadership roles within their own careers and talk you through the routes they have taken to get them to where they are today, in addition, you will have the opportunity to ask them questions and gain further insights into the areas that matter to you!
Our aim is for you to leave this session having had some great conversations with women in a leadership position and to have gained a deeper understanding of what’s important to you and what can have the most positive impact on your future career journeys.
